Hi there! Today I want to share a video with you about how to create a Distress Stain Sampler. If you were not naughty but nice, maybe you received some as a gift! This video is all about getting started with Distress Stains!

The tutorial covers:

  • How to open the valve that keeps Distress Stains closed during shipping
  • Priming a Distress Stain and using it for the first time
  • Misting to achieve the water splotchie look
  • Creating a color sampler with Distress Stains

The video is about 12 minutes long and shows how I made the color sampler shown above, complete with water splotchies!
