in Artist trading cards (ATCs)

Sunshine Butterfly ATC (67th)

Hello! Last week, I talked about using alcohol-ink fillable pens to color in stamped images on glossy paper. Today, I’d like to share another artist trading card (ATC) made using that technique.

For this artist trading card, I stamped the butterfly and the sentiment onto glossy cardstock using heat-set dye ink. Once the ink was dry, I used two alcohol-ink fillable pens (one for warms, the other for cools) and alcohol inks in a paint palette to paint in the color. Metallic elastic cord and crystals were added as finishing touches. Then I trimmed it with edging scissors and adhered it to a pink ATC base.

Thanks for stopping by!
